The GREEN VERTICAL GARDEN COMPANY was established in Taiwan to take advantage of the growing interest in green walls, there were many new products being developed and sold that fell short of the industries requirements, a product that worked well and was easy to install and actually worked.

The GREEN VERTICAL GARDEN COMPANY products were designed around the knowledge gleaned over many years of growing plants in containers along with needs for growing medium & irrigation, the unique design enables us to offer a green wall plant growing container that is advanced &  suitable for our two systems as well as a third party company system.

Larger plants can be used giving a more mature look from day one, plants can also grow in their natural geotropic way.

GVGC BESPOKE SYSTEM

The 1,300cc Plant Containers are installed onto stainless steel weldmesh 50 x 50 x 3 mm 36 plant container per m2, a modified growing medium is used.
Drip irrigation is installed so that each plant has its own dripper

Using the 1,300cc plant container enables the use of larger plants, immediately giving the Vertical garden a more mature look from day one.
The plants can be changed at any time by unclipping the plant container from the weldmesh

QUICK & EASY TO INSTALL ON ANY VERTICAL SURFACE

The 1 Hotel (Central Park 1414 Avenue of the Americas, New York) is built with a sustainable design created by architects, landscape architects, and decorators sharing an ecological vision. Interior spaces were built with reclaimed and natural materials. For example, the door of some of the hotel’s main entrances are all composed of trunks of wood recovered from Hurricane Sandy, which hit the city in 2012.

The GREEN VERTICAL GARDEN BESPOKE system was chosen for it’s simple, quick & inexpensive method of installation, easily undertaken using less expensive labour. The Stainless Steel weldmesh is attached to the face of the building, then the irrigation is installed When all is complete the ready planted containers are attached to the weld mesh This wall was covered with 1 0,000 plants

Our unique GVGC Green Wall System can be very easily installed onto ANY vertical surface

The 1,300cc universal plant container is attached to weld mesh panels. .
The weld mesh panels can be fixed to a flat or curved surface very quickly, using
The GVGC stainless steel bracket, used at 6 per square m.

The irrigation system is then fixed into place on the weld mesh with one dripper
per plant container. The planted containers can now be put into place, one
under each dripper, we recommend using 36 plant containers per m2.
A modified growing medium is used for growing the plants.

One man should be able to install 10m2 in an 8 hour period if the site is ready and has a water point nearby. This is a GVGC Green Wall that has just been installed in North London UK by WATERMATIC LTD.

Stainless Steel Bracket - 304

Designed to hold the weld mesh 28 – 30mm from the construction surface
The unique design of the bracket will support 160Kg. See “SGS” test certificate
For safety we rate them at 100Kg & say that 6 should be used per square m of weld mesh.
MUST be attached using suitable 5mm SS screw & plugs
PACKING – 100 per bag x 10 bags per carton net weight per 1000 in carton 19Kg

STAINLESS STEEL WELD MESH - 304

can be supplied direct from mill in Taiwan
Wire size upto 4mm x mesh 50 x 50mm. Sheet size 2.4 x 1.2m other sizes acceptable
